I believe that the deepest and most vulnerable experience of ourselves happens when we are in a relationship with an other. It is through the bond of a relationship that we truly feel we exist. At times, we might feel frustrated, stuck, misunderstood, ignored, judged, confused, sad, angry and hurt. Creating a secure attachment helps us to feel safe so that we can be vulnerable, accept to be who we truly are, and experience being felt and seen.

I believe strongly in the empowering quality of differentiation, self-awareness and self-responsibility, and the importance of cultivating playfulness and exploring eroticism.

During the therapeutic process, we will discover how each individual’s underlying issues are influencing the relationship, and how the unique dynamic created in the partnership may be causing pain and disconnection. I will challenge you with new ways of relating to promote a deeper connection.

In our journey together, I would like to explore the strengths of your relationship and what each of you loved about each other, as it is where meaningful change can begin to happen again.
